What Is the Hotel Lobby AI Trend?
The Hotel Lobby AI trend, also called the Migos AI, COLORS AI or AI rap duo trend, recreates Quavo and Takeoff's “Hotel Lobby” performance on A COLORS SHOW, released on June 17, 2022 under the name Unc & Phew. In the AI version, two new people take the performers' places and trade bars at the microphone hanging between them.
RapVideo's Hotel Lobby template keeps the positions, gestures and camera of that performance, and makes the rap new: AI writes original lyrics, sings them in two different voices over an original beat, and lip-syncs each person to their own lines. It is an independent template, not affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, Motown or COLORS.

How Is This Different from Other Hotel Lobby AI Generators?
Most Hotel Lobby generators put two faces on the clip and keep the original track. This template is built to make the duo yours.
A new rap on your theme
The AI writes new lyrics about whatever you type, such as a birthday wish or an inside joke, so you aren't posting someone else's recording.
The original moves, kept exactly
Each person keeps their side, spacing and every gesture of the original performance; only the mouth and jaw move to rap the new lines.
Anime characters and pets
Drawn characters keep their 2D art style instead of turning into real people, and a pet takes a performer's place standing upright.
Voices that fit each character
Each voice matches the gender of the character in its photo, drawn characters included, and the two voices never swap.
Tips for a Better Hotel Lobby AI Video
One person per photo, face visible
Use good light and no sunglasses or masks. A group photo makes it unclear who goes where.
Two different photos
Reusing the same photo for both sides confuses the model and gives you two copies of one person.
A concrete theme
“Two best friends roasting each other for being late” raps better than “friendship”.
Pick the format first
Use 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and 16:9 for YouTube or a screen.
Hotel Lobby AI Video FAQ
Is the Hotel Lobby AI trend the same as the Migos AI trend?
Yes. Hotel Lobby AI, Migos AI, COLORS AI and AI rap duo are names for the same format: two people trading bars at one hanging microphone, based on Quavo and Takeoff's “Hotel Lobby” performance on A COLORS SHOW.
Do I need a photo of both of us together?
No. Upload one photo for each performer. Two separate front-facing selfies work best.
Can I use an anime or cartoon character?
Yes, if you created the character or have permission to use it. The character keeps its art style, including line art, colors and proportions, and its voice matches its look.
Can one of the rappers be my dog or cat?
Yes. A pet takes a performer's place and does the same moves standing upright.
Does it use the original Hotel Lobby song?
No. Every video gets a new AI-written rap, AI vocals and an original beat. You can set the theme in up to 200 characters.
How long is the video, and how much does it cost?
15 seconds at 768p, in 9:16 or 16:9. It uses one video from your pack; packs start at $9.90 for one video, with no subscription.
Can I use a photo of a celebrity?
No. Only upload photos of yourself, adults who agreed to appear, pets, or characters you have rights to. Photos of public figures aren't allowed.
Is this an official Migos or COLORS product?
No. RapVideo is independent and not affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, Motown or COLORS.
